OPTARUS is led by Stephen J. Taylor. His approach combines practical experience of security, investigation, risk assessment, client-facing operations and independent business with structured training in open-source intelligence and intelligence analysis.
Research and production are analyst-led and AI-assisted. AI supports collection, comparison, extraction, hypothesis testing and drafting; it does not determine confidence, approve allegations or make the final analytical judgement. Every external assessment is reviewed and released by the analyst.
